[OPEN] Market Shenanigans
Who: Robin and anyone!
What: Shopping!
Where: Highcrest
When: March 6th
[Robin has decided that she needs to scope out the market in Highcrest. Armies need supplies (and moreover, she wants books and clothes). The tactician is out and about in the marketplace, browsing over stalls. She stands out, thanks to that heavy coat.]
[She stops in front of one stall, lifting up an iron dagger in a sheath, and starts turning it over. It might be handy... armies need daggers. Of course, her eyes are really drifting off to a stall down the way, for a bookseller.]

After her heart to heart conversation with the other Robin, where he practically told her he loved her (that didn't really happen that way..) Tharja is keeping some more distance between her and this Robin. Love is a strange beast, one that her books and dark knowledge has taught Tharja little about. So with uneasy steps she crouches behind a box of produce, watching silently. ]

[That damnably long coat, though, is a problem. The coat trails out behind her and catches the crate of produce. She doesn't quite notice that it has until it pulls. The coat's fabric is hooked on a crooked nail in the wooden crate and Robin tugs, unthinkingly.]
[The crate topples in one direction and Robin in the other. With a loud "YACK!" she flips back onto her backside, while the crate clatters to the ground. Apples go rolling everywhere. One clonks against her head.]
I feel like Sumia. [groan]

Are you hurt? [ She had planned on staying out of sight while Robin was in the market, but apparently that is no longer the case. Caring for her love (as new a love that may be) was top priority. ]
"Hey you gotta pay for that!" [ A rather ornery looking fellow who was the owner of said apples looked angry with Robin, his stock rolling away on the dirt road. Though he didn't get to complain long before he was suddenly mute, after Tharja mumbled a few words under her breath. ]
You oaf, how dare you speak to my love like that?! I should cast your soul into the deepest part of the Void for your insolence!

[Robin flushes when Tharja snaps at the shopkeeper. Mired omewhere between embarrassment and confusion, she takes a few moments to really collect herself. She sits up, looking at Tharja, and then at the stall's owner. She doesn't realize that he is under a hex quite yet.]
No, no, it's fine, Tharja. I was being careless. [She reaches to one of the pouches hanging from her belt and pulls a few coins free, then stumbles up woozily to her feet.]

While Tharja starts to pull at Robin's coat, checking the ends of it for traces of a curse, the man tried to accept the money, but seems to still be surprised by the fact that he can no longer talk. Tharja doesn't mind, she's just gonna be running her hand along Robin's calf, muttering in some strange language. ]

[Robin looks at Tharja uncertainly, while she checks her over (and touches her calf). She sits up straight and rubs her head, before she gets a good look at the man. She blinks at the shopkeeper, then she looks at Tharja. Her lips flatten into a line.]
Ah, Tharja? Can you undo the hex on him? [She is sliding more money over into the shopkeep's hand. Pay the trouble away!]
no subject
Fine, he better know that if he insults you again I'll do a lot more than take away his ability to speak. [ Her eyes are full of malice towards the poor shopkeeper. If only he knew not to tick off a Dark Mage. ]
no subject
No hex! I think. Hey, wait...
[Robin squints at Tharja.]
I didn't see you out here!
no subject
..I was following you, trying to see if you differ from the Robin I know. [ She opens the book with her, showing it to Robin. ]
You are almost exactly the same. I plan on finding out what the specific differences are.. [ Her eyes wander down a bit to focus on Robin's chest. She's just a little creepy.. ]
no subject
Well... the gender is an obvious one.
[She sighs, then her expression becomes thoughtful.]
But I'm not so different from him, I've noticed. We have a very similar mindset--ah, it's quite something.
no subject
Does that mean there is another Tharja out there? [ If there was Tharja would kill her and take her powers. Maybe. ]
I think you both will do. ..Will we need two beds or just share the one.. [ Because obviously in her mind they are all going to get married.. ]
no subject
Aaah!? [She gawks at Tharja.] I-I think I'm fine in my own bed...!
no subject
Would it not make more sense to just share one? That way I can protect you in case we are attacked at night..
no subject
[Did you know Robin can stammer uncontrollably in embarrassment? NOW YOU DO.]
no subject
..Would it be incest for the two to kiss.. [ She's just talking to herself now, quickly scrawling something down in her tome. ]
no subject
[Robin sputters at that. She doesn't really know how to answer that and it's certainly disturbing to think about.]
I-I'm not going to do that!!
no subject
I will have to consult the ancient scriptures. [ So yeah, just gonna totally change the subject and ignore Robin's cry. ]
no subject
Well... um, if you see me leaving somewhere and want to come along, you don't need to hide from me. You can just ask. I don't mind having a friend along for a shopping trip.
no subject
..You don't mind if I follow you?
no subject
Of course not. We're friends, aren't we?
no subject
[ Tharja just looks like her evil plan to convert Robin to the dark side is working.. ]
