[ Once everyone’s settled in their particular districts, no doubt thousands of questions running between each individual mind, there’s an announcement. Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Ahem! Can you hear me? Ah, right then.

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

[Itsuki likes to think she's a reasonable person. Not as impulsive as Erika, not as timid as Tsubomi, and not as icy as Yuri. Just reasonable and level-headed.

Unfortunately, even she's at a loss like this, standing in front of a pillow-house that her pillow-phone says is hers. She's afraid to look inside, expecting pillow-furniture, a pillow-bed, pillow-appliances, and pillow-clothes. But those concerns can wait for a little bit.]

What in the world could have happened that I ended up in a place like this? And for that matter, did the others make it here too, or is it just me?

[She elects that it isn't nearly important enough to figure everything out now, and the best option is to hunt down her teammates. So she's off wandering again, this time with a bit more purpose in her step, her eyes sweeping out over the crowds. Erika's likely to start trouble if left unattended, Tsubomi will just find a place she won't get run over and stay there, and Yuri... who knew what she'd do. None of those were particularly good options, and her stride lengthened unconsciously as she tried to make this work.]

[What was Erika doing? Charging headlong into pillows.]

[FLUFF.] Aaah it's so soft! Coffret, we should totally move here to this distrct!

Erika didn't you say you wanted to make a fashion store again? Can't we do that in the other district?

But... PILLOWS! [FLUFF it goes in Coffret's face. Who instantly enraged for 2x damage as he picked up a pillow and smothered her with it.

Itsuki you probably can see her boots kicking up in a comedic fashion as the pair fought.]

[At the voice, Itsuki turns and starts to shout.

Then she sees where the voice is coming from, and she can feel her heart skip a beat. Whatever she was expecting to see - Erika being an idiot, most likely - this wasn't it. Oh, she was still being her usual self, but... this Erika was quite a bit taller and curvier, among other things. What in the world had happened?]

E-Erika? Coffret? Is... that you? [She hates herself for the stutter, but she's just so surprised, she can't help it.]

[Looking up, Erika grinned widely as she sat up.] Ah! Itsuki! Good to see you! You're looking, well, younger than expected.

Geez Erika, not everyone can be 17.

Younger...? What in the world happened to you, Erika? You look like you spent a few years away from us somehow.

[And it bothers her, truth be told. Had she somehow just... disappeared, and she hadn't noticed?]

Well kinda. [She rubs her head a little.] How many years has it been since the last of our battles? For me it's been about three years. Last I remember, Fusion attacked and we all united to fight it again.

And it's not like I won't grow up y'know.

For me it's been a few months. Erika, you're Yuri's age. That should give you an idea of why this is scaring me a little.

[Even in this situation, Itsuki finds it in her to quirk an eyebrow.] Somehow I doubt that. Grow older, yes. Grow up, I'm not so sure. Then again, you wouldn't be you if you were serious all the time.

[She smiles to take the sting out of the words; it's surprisingly comforting to have Erika of all people making an effort to take charge of a situation.]

Oh geez so you're back then. Well that explains something. And yeah you're right. I am Yuri-san's age. [Erika rubbed her head, shaking it.]

Hey... yeah you're right. I'm not grown up at all really!

[sunbloom]

I know I'm right, I just saw her a few days ago! Erika, I don't think you realize how hard this is for me. I saw you a few days ago, my age, and as carefree as usual. Now, you feel... different. Older, sure, but... maybe not more mature, you're right, but more aware of things. [She groans slightly in frustration.]

I can feel a headache coming on already...

[Headpat. Just like Yuri does it. She can do it too, being your height now Itsuki.]

There there, it'll be all right! I'm sure we'll be able to do everything the usual way we do things!

[Even coming from Erika, the action is comforting, and she finds herself leaning into it before she can stop herself, though she's a little embarrassed.]

I guess... I'm just worried.

Hey, a couple of years between us doesn't make us any less of friends, right, Itsuki?

That reminds me, where's Potpourri?

It doesn't, it's just... awkward, for me to still be like this, and you to be older. I'll try to get better about it, it's just really weird for me right now.

[She waves a hand dismissively.] He's around here somewhere. I'm not horribly worried about him. After all, it's not like he can run into a wall.

[A long pause. Itsuki seems to realize what this fairy's story is, and her blood runs cold.]

You... you're Cologne, right? Yuri's fairy. But you can't be- you're supposed to be dead!
