[ come one come all ]
Who: Everyone and everyone!
What: A party to break everyone into mallowhallow and get them mingling
Where: Orlea
When: March 4th
[ you might have gotten a nice little text message in your communication device, telling you to come party in Orlea. There's all types of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and a mixture of foods to snack on. the music is also pulsing and loud enough to get you wanting to dance.
the party will go on all night till the morning, so bring a date or just bring yourself ]

[She gestures at the young men she's been dancing with. They seem nice enough, but they obviously think mostly with their bulges.
Not that she had a problem with it.]

[She's no stranger to that particular kind of attention, after all.]
On the contrary, it's...a familiar kind of attention. Which I suppose isn't so bad, in a place where there's so very few things that are familiar.

If it's not too personal a question, where do you come from?
no subject
An island, called Rivelata. In the land of Ce Monde. It was the only place I ever knew.
no subject
It sounds lovely.

And then it...it wasn't, really. At -
[Her voice drops so low it can barely be heard.]
At the end.
no subject
I'm sorry.
no subject
Thank you.
[She gives her head a little shake to clear it, then smiles a little more firmly.]
I apologize - it's not like me to dominate a conversation like that. Where are you from? I've never seen anyone quite like you, if you'll forgive my directness.
no subject
Not at all. We all have our moments.
[And there's the question she's been expecting. She answers graciously.]
No offense taken. My species are called trolls, and I hail from a planet called Beforus. It doesn't really exist anymore, at least not the way I knew it. Anyway, it makes me a bit of an oddity here.

[The compliment is delivered with an earnest smile, at least part in thanks for Porrim's attempt to cheer her up.]
Do you...think we're meant to be pleased that we're here? After having lost our homes? Has everyone here lost their homes?

[She smiles again, looking thoroughly ingratiated. She's thoughtful for a moment, and then she offers an answer to both her questions:]
I don't believe so. At least, that Queen can't really believe that everyone will be just fine with being made to come her, however else she may have convinced herself.
no subject
I wouldn't be so sure. I've found that people can be made to believe anything.
no subject
That's what worries me.

Well, if it's any consolation, I don't find you silly at all.
Still, you can't expect anyone to believe something of you unless you believe it yourself. You have to fully commit to whatever it is you're trying to convince people of.
[She ought to know - playing roles was her entire job, back home.]
no subject
I suppose you're right. Confidence isn't something I usually lack, but...we all have our moments.
no subject
Indeed. Even those of us trained not to.

[She cocks her head, curious.]
no subject
[This is all delivered without hesitation - she has no qualms about talking about what she does.]

Why was that in her quirk. Why am I so dumb.
That sort of thing doesn't bother me at all. Actually, I'm very interested in it.
Haha, I didn't even notice.
Interested? In what way?

I think sex is always interesting, whether or not there's emotion attached to it. It's different for everyone.
