What: Balfour's having an odd cross between a dinner party and a birthday party at his house, and he's invited everyone.

Where: His house in Mallow Hallow

<sub>[So, after his announcement, Balfour had spent a lot of time and energy after crying on Reid's shoulder setting up the party. There's a lot to eat: steaks, chicken, different types of vegetables both grilled and heated up in his microwave. There's also at least four types of alcohol not counting however many types of beer had been brought. He's basically expecting everyone to enjoy themselves and have fun.

There are picnic tables all over for people to eat at, as well as chairs, and the inside of the house has been cleared up a bit to make a sort of bounce house for anyone who wants to use his floor as a trampoline.]</sub>

He attracts so much attention, and is really good at throwing parties, too. I suppose that's what happens when you're popular, though, right?
