It's RAINING MEN!
Who: Kodachi Kuno, The Ninja, and YOU(???)
What: Who Wants to be a Fiance! Kodachi Kuno is looking for three potential suitors willing to chase after her and fight each other for her affection; though chances are it will end up with her chasing after them. Set-up post is here.
Where: Uh.. Highcrest Square, Highcrest.
When: April 28th 12-3
Extra: If you're OOCly interested in being stalked by a crazy gymnast but your character (obviously) isn't; feel free to have them wander by just to be in awe at how many people are willing to feed Kodachi's ego (not her player's, honest. orz) or whatever. Also if you're OOCly not interested either, come anyway for the tasty CR, yum yum.
Kodachi doesn't practice the art of subtlety. Despite having started with limited resources, she's managed to create a fairly impressive backdrop for her event that, let's face it, is of pure self-gratification.
A wide, white pole marquee resides in the the Square's center, which is set up to replicate a King's throne room with moderate success. The material isn't very expensive, but the presentation is much greater than perhaps one would expect from the citizens of this area could provide.
A lengthy, red carpet extends from the entrance to the stand where Kodachi's chair, covered in silk, resides. The Black Rose herself resides upon it adorn in a black, partially-armored bodysuit.
A full-fledged ninja stands by her side; presumably her bodyguard, as he's been assigned to throw anyone who hopes to spoil her fun out- but something may tell him he's been stationed there mainly to watch her show off.
The way it was supposed to go is that the potentials were to be sent to the left of the room and the rejects to the right exit, but thus far a good fifteen people have been sent right on out due to her being picky; and there are still forty citizens neatly lined up in a zig-zag, most seeming eager to be rated by her and/or get a closer look at her form-fitting attire.
Not even three seconds pass when the next person comes in before she replies, "D Minus; be on your way." with a dismissive wave of her hand. Afterward she sighs, with her chin slumped into her palm. "Somehow I was hoping this would be more interesting.. Is it truly so difficult to find a B or two about in this crowd? Who's next?"

She pouts a little once she's set down, but rather than take the seat she remains standing with her arms crossed. "That wasn't what I meant!" she protests at first, but then she turns his back to him with a shake of her head, "No.. No, I suppose you are right. I should get a more comfortable chair. Please, accept these as an apology."
When the turns back around she holds a large bouquet of black roses, wrapped in beautiful white paper and tied in black ribbon, which she tries to offer to him.
"My name is Kodachi Kuno. Might I have your name, kind sir?"

"Thanks but no thanks, you can keep the flowers." Even if he did have half the heart to take them, he wouldn't know what to do with them. Kuwabara would never let him live it down if he found out a girl gave him flowers, and he better not give him roomie any fodder to pick on him.
"It's Urameshi Yusuke in case you're wondering." He's going to take his leave right about now. The teen slipped his hands into his pockets and went about his way as if the the situation never happened.

"Well.. If.. You really must be on your way..."
She shuffles her hand behind herself to withdraw her gymnastics ribbon, then attempts to ensnare then tug in his raised foot in the middle of his step- ideally sending him faceplanting to the floor.
"Are you certain you cannot stay for just a couple minutes more? I would be more than happy to explain personally what is going on here~."
SORRY EDIT SPAM. Where is my English? Not here!
"What's the big-" He paused.
Frankly he's not sure if he wants to stay any longer than he already has, but if he doesn't she might resort to more extreme measures. To avoid that, he'll just go along, for now.
"Don't suppose you can summarize it, I haven't got all day." He still had some investigating to do.
X) X) X)
The very slightest of smiles forms, but even that is hidden by the raised bouquet before her face. It seems that slowly, but surely, he's starting to learn so the least she could do is summarize it.
"Of course! How kind of you to take a moment of your valuable time just for me, I am truly thankful.." Kodachi replies, then turns to face him fully while unraveling her ribbon. "You see, I am searching for potential suitors. And you appear to have what it takes to be a good husband."
She blushes once more as she toes at the ground, "What do you think about me? Might a regal, gentle, traditional, and flexible type like myself be your ideal lady, Mister Urameshi?"
Re: X) X) X)
"Not interested." Plain and simple. The teen hopped back to his feet with ease and lightly landed on the ground with a thud of his sneakers hitting the ground.
"Good luck with your search...or not" He doesn't really care. Yusuke is going to try to leave again.

And all it would take is just one date to finalize her decision. With that, the gymnast leaps into the sky, over Yusuke, then comes to a stop in front of him with her palm held out in a 'stop!' gesture.
"Wait! At least let us go on a date before you make your final decision! That's only fair, don't you agree?"
no subject
"Not happening." She only has the entire Highcrest district at her disposal, surely she'll find someone who isn't him because he was adamant on not becoming a suitor.
Yusuke is going to walk around her. "Aren't there plenty of others you can ask out." His implication that he's just one little fish who isn't all that special.
no subject
Well, that is true, but most don't meet her high(yet somehow convoluted) expectations. Yusuke manages to walk past the gymnast, but as he does so, Kodachi crosses her arms with a bit of a smirk. "Hmn, I suppose that is true; I would not want a coward to be my boyfriend, after all.. A shame that you're not as manly as you first seemed~."

Sometimes Kodachi forgets that the fighting culture of Nerima doesn't always apply to this place; where one can make someone else angry just by sneezing at them the wrong way. So when Yusuke basically laughs off her attempt, her brow twitches and her cheeks darken in embarrassment.
"F- Fine then, leave! See if I care!" she replies with crossed arms. For now, she was going to have to take her loss. He may have won the battle, but she'll be certain to win the war!
