[ Once everyone’s settled in their particular districts, no doubt thousands of questions running between each individual mind, there’s an announcement. Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Ahem! Can you hear me? Ah, right then.

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

[ Amaterasu remains sitting, her tail starting to sweep along the ground the only sign of her amusement at Kodachi's reaction. She nods deliberately, almost primly. Yes, she understands, and yes, she is expecting tea.

Though it's only now that she's realizing that there's no polite way for her to drink it, but oh well. Small matters! ]

Doll probably hadn't much clue about the actual difference either. It just felt that one was silky and far more pleasing to it than the others' types of filling, and was setting about collecting those. It paused after putting down another of the pillows, though, to turn back to Pharos, waiting until it could catch the boy's eye.

It patted its chest, and then pointed to what was written (printed?) in shiny white on its left chest. "Doll" was there in Roman letters, and below it, the same word in katakana.

Balfour stops where he's standing, having begun to ignore the giant floating plate of brownies following him around. It at least stopped when he did and didn't seem to be doing any damage.

He had come to the conclusion, upon arriving in Astralfield, that this place was certainly a dream. A dream gone wrong, even.

He stares briefly at the ducks following the man around, scratching his head.

"Ah, excuse me. Do you realize that... Why are those ducks carrying umbrellas?"

[ This place was definitely nuts. Pillow lined streets? Even the Upper Quarter wasn't this fancy. It was like the more Yuri wandered around the city, the weirder things got. But he was glad he wasn't the only one confused.

Still...he had to find Estelle. She was with him before all of this right? Jeez, they just left the capital and already they were separated.

A young blonde girl caught his attention. It wouldn't hurt to ask. ]

[He froze, looking around for a moment to make sure that hello wasn't meant for someone else. When he realized that it wasn't...well, that meant he'd been spotted.

Abort mission, hide. Except there wasn't anywhere to hide because he didn't know his surroundings, so Demyx just stood there awkwardly for a moment before he composed himself.]

[There's something subdued about the long-haired blond with the red-and-gold mismatched eyes, as he walks through the area of Mallowhallow. He's dressed very neatly, in black vest and trousers and a white shirt, with a cravat. No flourishes, though the material is expensive enough.

He walks slowly through the streets, obviously unhappy but not quite to the point of lashing out yet, still focusing on getting the situation sorted out in his mind. He doesn't speak to anyone right away, nor does he look as if he wants to be approached.

What he does do, after a few moments, is walk up to a random building, pull out a fancy pair of scissors, and start stabbing into one of the pillow walls, over and over, so that the insides begin to fall out.]

[ Well. There are a lot of confusing things going on here at once.

First, the announcement. What was that supposed to mean? What is a Mallow Hallow? Why? Who was that on the speaker? Happy family? Up and rising? Was this a test by Saotome? Is he on a variety show? An elaborate prank? Shouldn't the agency have given at least a bit of a warning beforehand? But, then again, it is Shining...

Next, this... phone? PDA? thing in his hands. He gives a little whine of frustration (which... might sound more like a mew, if you listen carefully) when he tries to operate it, but just can't seem to figure it out. There's a very loud, very audible sigh before he voices his concerns. ]

I'm still only getting used to Japanese phones... I don't even know what any of this does...
