[ Once everyone’s settled in their particular districts, no doubt thousands of questions running between each individual mind, there’s an announcement. Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Ahem! Can you hear me? Ah, right then.

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

I suppose that's all. Well then, bye now, dears! And let the word spread—Mallow Hallow is up and rising once again!

[ Ampharos catches sight of the mass, and notices there are indeed eyes, but she was still briefly startled at the sight as static electricity crackles a little over her body. the ends of her tail lighting up brightly in reply.

for now she appears to be alone as she faces this strange shadow when it approach ground floor.

though now she's clearly puzzled too-- (what is this..?!) and yet boldly faces it rather than run away.]

[ he notes the strange creature after he looks up, and reaches a hand out to pet it.

claws and all. ]

[ As the clawed hand reaches out there's the chance of a touch of static, but that's due to the run of electricity through her body. and clearly she's still ever uncertain. however, she's still and awaits for an attack. because if an attack were to be made- she can easily strike back just as quickly.

but if it weren't an attack? she might be harming something with no ill-intentions. and her Trainer has taught her better. it's alright to be cautious but even more so when you can be patient. whatever it is, she boldly faces it!

though.. when a pet comes, she blinks back and soon the electricity is humming pleasantly rather than defensively. ]

[ he awaits a sharp shock, but is happily surprised when all he feels is a soft hum. with a silent laugh, he gets to his feet and gives the creature a hug.

alright, maybe this new world wasn't as bad as he thought. ]

[ the Ampharos emits a slightly surprised sound at the embrace, but touch like that isn't foreign- especially when often the Pokemon is the one initiating it. it is with someone she isn't familiar with though.. but almost like comforting a child, the Light Pokémon returns it with a gentle pat. there, there!

though, shortly after, a young girl appears. and upon seeing the scene- ] Ah! Looks like you made a friend! [ at least from what she can see from behind the electric-type. she can't really see all too well on who it may be.. ]

[ urk!

he quickly gets back down onto his hands and feet, crouching like a dog. he takes a hesitant step back, a few shadows wisping up from his form. probably not a good idea to stick around... he turns to go. ]

[soulfully]

[ well that's definitely startling! even Ampharos flails her arms a little, glancing to her Trainer, who is quick not only on her feet but with words.

not that she dares take any closer steps in his(?) direction.. she might fright him off!] Sorry! I didn't mean to scare you! Don't go! I don't mind if you're friends with Ampharos here, really!

Please? Wait a moment? [ um... if it's a pokemon, maybe it will like some berries?? well whatever it is, she quickly holds out a sweet berry.] Here! A gift! It's really good, huh Ampharos?

[ the Electric-type gives a nod in agreement. ]

[ sora pauses when she speaks, freezing in place and crouching a little low. the fact that she's not attacking him right away is... really surprising. he even straightens a little upon seeing so, taking a step or two closer.

oh, a berry? well...

there's nothing wrong with that, right? hesitantly, he takes the berry, popping it into his mouth.

his eyes light up, and his hesitance melts away into happiness. ]

[ Lyra clasps her hands together at this, very much delighted to see this strange creature enjoy the berry. seriously, what could it be, she wonders... she isn't too fond of ghost types, they're way scary! but she isn't too afraid of him, so maybe he's just a dark-type?

which is pretty okay! she has a dark-type on hand right now.

still, she can't help but think he's very cute. ahhh she wants to pet him and take him home... but if she's learned anything from the safari zone, it's that throwing pokeballs usually always ends with fleeing. so she won't try and catch him. ( ....yet ) ]

You like it then? Heheh, Ampharos prefers sour berries and hates spicy kinds! But you look like you enjoyed that sweet one. [ which was like her Togekiss. so.. maybe he had a timid nature?!]

[ he gets to his feet again as he did when he hugged Ampharos, a little awkward on them.

how does one say thank you when you can't speak it? ummm. ummm.

oh!

clumsily, he gives a bow like the knights always did in his fairytale books; and when he gets back up, he beams a bright smile. ]

[ ... he is adorable.

lyra has to hold back from throwing herself to cuddle him and pet him and just feed all her berries. but no she's composed! she's got this! to which she attempts to do curtsies, but forgets about it and she does a knight bow in return. ] You're very welcome!

I'm Lyra by the way, that's L-Y-R-A! [ which she uses her finger to write out the letters in the air and then beams a bright smile back. ] And that's Ampharos! But she also knows Amphy! Um.. A-M-P-H-Y! Or, you can go with Rosy! Which is R-O-S-Y, it looks like it can be spelled like Rosey, but no e! [ after all rosy is pronounced similar to 'roxy' rather than 'rosey.' ]
