[ Once everyone’s settled in their particular districts, no doubt thousands of questions running between each individual mind, there’s an announcement. Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Ahem! Can you hear me? Ah, right then.

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

[It's been an hour or two since Larry woke up. It was pretty freaking weird at first, but when he heard the queen's announcement and had a look around Orlea, he decided that he could get used to this treatment. Do whatever, eat whatever, and not have to worry about money for stuff? It sure beats having to find a way back to LA from Paris after his girlfriend decided to dump him out of nowhere. He's going to make the most of this situation.

That said, while most people are losing their minds over the current circumstances, one man looks to be taking it pretty well. So well that he's slouched back on a bench on one of the busier streets, people-watching and browsing on his shiny new bright orange phone that matches his bright orange jacket.

Passerby may notice the spiky-haired main casually glancing at them as they walk by. In some cases if the passerby looks panicked enough, he'll call out to them.]

Hey! Why the long face? You just show up too?

[chokowaffle]

[About two years at a dreamworld and now coming here? Well... Belgium's not that happy at the moment. Not to mention that she was engaged to be married, now of which will not happen.... There's just so much on her mind and it seems like most of it isn't even influenced to getting being stuck here.

She jumped slightly when somebody spoke to her while she found herself randomly walking around.]

I- What? Oh... Yeah.

Whoops, did I scare you? Sorry 'bout that.

[He leans forward while pocketing his phone for the time being.]

Well, that makes two of us. How're you liking the place so far?

[Considering the look on the woman's face, he probably knows the answer. Still, conversations help calm someone down, right?]

It's.... alright. I guess I don't really have an opinion on this place at the moment...

Really? I'd say it leaves a pretty big impact, good or bad depending on the person.

[It's either a dream, a vacation, a prison...or something else.]

Or did you literally just get here?

[ Sayaka is not only frightened, she's visibly stunned and confused by the surroundings yet. As she briskly walks through the street to find her now-ex-classmates, she can't help jumping when a male voice suddenly calls to her, stopping in her tracks. It would be rude of her to just pass by, no matter how upset she is by this whole situation, so... she tries to show a neutral face. Gosh, this guy's face is so similar to that one man, it unsettles her inwardly. ]

Are you talking to me...?

[He trails off for a moment because for a second there, that girl looked pretty freaked out. At least, more freaked out than a lot of the others he'd seen around.

He returns to his train of thought rather quickly though.]

...was wondering if you're new too. I didn't scare you, did I?

[He's referring to her jumping when he called out of course.]

[ She lingers for a few moments, looking at the guy... gosh, does he look like someone she knows too well. Only in appearance, though. She's not ignorant enough to judge people from what they look like. At least, not openly. ]

N... No, no, you didn't! I'm sorry if I made you worried. [ A quick wave of her hand, and an attempt to smile. Boy, this is hard. Usually an idol of her fame would have been capable to pull a fake smile out instantly. ] I'm just surprised, you know? You're not one of the natives here, are you?

[prosecutory]

[Long face? More like Edgeworth's jaw dropping all the way to the ground when he notices who's on that bench and meets that person's eye.]

L-Larry?!

Edgey?!

[Larry almost drops his phone when he sees and hears his childhood friend. He juggles it before it can hit the ground and sighs when he finally gets a good hold of it.

Okay back to being surprised.]

Don't tell me you're on vacation here too?!

Yes, after the fiasco at the embassy, my superiors decided to send me on forced leave.

[...Edgeworth would give your juggling act a 2 out of 10, you klutz of a BFF. Actually no, he would not score that act at all because this sort of thing is nothing new with you.

Do you hear the sarcasm in the air, by the way? He just sighs.]

[First he gets tossed in here against his will, and now he has to deal with Larry AGAIN. For that, you get a death glare, with narrowed eyes and gritted teeth! With bonus crossed arms! Congratulations!]

Of course not! Do I look like I'm on vacation?!

[Train has gotten the gist of this place by now and has just been walking around exploring. He noticed Larry slouching around, but he didn't bother saying anything to him. Not until he spoke to Train.]

Yeah I guess.

[He half keeps his gaze on the boy and half on his phone.]

What do you think of the place so far? Pretty nice, huh? Wonder what they mean when they say people do magic here, though.

I wouldn't doubt that.

[Alice was pissed she's been brought here against her will and here Larry is cheerful about what's been going on. She just gave him a look.]

How the hell are you okay with this?

[Larry raises an eyebrow. Well, that's the first time he's seen anger and not shock for a reaction.]

'cause it's better than being stuck back home. It's like a vacation!

Holy crap! It is a vacation!

[Although, she would be better with Clar here too.]

[She's...trying to adjust, but honestly? She's sort of used to being on the other side of this - of being the native in a land and having strangers from many worlds suddenly arrive. She thinks she can see now why they were all so upset.

On the other hand, her previous experience sort of makes all of this a little easier to swallow - a little easier to believe. And she is still, after all, a natural social butterfly, so when the voice calls out to her, she pauses, gives Larry a quick measuring glance, and smiles.]

Yes, unfortunately. I'm still trying to get my bearings.

[Larry smiles back, sitting up straight to show that she has his full attention.]

Me too, kinda. I mean, I've got the gist of this district but I haven't checked the other ones out yet. Were you looking for something in particular?

[He's always eager to help out a woman in need, after all.]

[She laughs softly, a light flush spreading over her cheeks.]

Oh, goodness, I hadn't even thought of traveling to the other districts yet - this is all so overwhelming, don't you think? I'm just trying to figure out where everything is, trying not to get lost.

[Unlike most people, Miku got over the shock of being brought her almost right away. In fact, she was fascinated by this place. She explored out of sheer curiosity. It seemed like a lot of fun there. When she heard Larry, she turned to look to him.]

Isn't this place amazing?

[Larry was only half-playing attention at the moment so his attention quickly snaps back to the girl.]

Oh, uh, yeah! It beats being stuck at home, that's for sure.
