[ Once everyone’s settled in their particular districts, no doubt thousands of questions running between each individual mind, there’s an announcement. Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Ahem! Can you hear me? Ah, right then.

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

I suppose that's all. Well then, bye now, dears! And let the word spread—Mallow Hallow is up and rising once again!

[Never fear, Apollo; if you're anything like Reno, there are plenty of drunken nights ahead for you to make bad decisions that involve "weapons testing." Reno has definitely zapped himself with his mag rod more than a couple of times.]

Oh shiiiit, look at that! [His eyes light up at the sight of the pistol, and his first thought is definitely along the lines of Ooh, shiny! His gaze rakes over the intricate patterns and the scattering of jewels, and he can't keep from grinning.] Now that is one bedazzled baby! I definitely gotta get me one of those.

[ Drunken nights, bad decisions and weapon testing are definitely highlights in Apollo's life. So maybe she'd get a chance to electrocute herself down the road after all! ]

Bedazzled shit is the best. [ As if to enforce her point, she tilts the weapon so that the jewels catch the light and sparkle for a moment. Oooh shiny, indeed. ] Used to have a dagger that was all gold and diamonds too, but I lost that one in the neck of a damn jaguar. Woulda taken it back if its friend hadn't knocked me off a cliff, but hey. You win some, you lose some.

[Bonding through bad decisions! Real friends let friends electrocute themselves.]

God damn cliffs, yo. [Reno shakes his head sympathetically; he has some experience with cliffs. And falling off of them.] Those fuckers'll get the better of you. [He has no idea what a 'jaguar' is, but he's pretty sure the same goes for one of those, too.]

Well, 'Polly, it's been great. And thanks for the grub, I mean it. [He stands up, brushing off the back of his pants.] I gotta go see if one of these taverns can gimme a room for the night before they all fill up. They give you one of these? [He pulls out his scroll-like communication device, raising his eyebrows at her.]

Oooh yeah they do, lotta missing memories because of those things. [ That said, she doesn't sound particularly bothered by it. ]

Not a problem! Happy to share with people who don't got sticks shoved up their asses. [ Prompted by the question about the scroll communication thing, she too fishes the device out of a little pouch. ] Yep! Dunno why I can't just have a logbook or something though, having to press each letter to write stuff is damn tedious if you ask me.

I guess I'm used to it. [He shrugs.] This thing's actually a lot nicer than the PHS I use back home, so I ain't complainin'.

[After poking at his device for a few seconds, he nods.] Looks like we're all on the network, but I sent you a text with my digits anyway, so you can get in touch when you wanna hang. Call me whenever, yo. Don't be a stranger, now.

[ She had no idea what a PHS was, but she was assuming it was yet another form of communication device that was overly complex like the rest of them. ]

Will do, sugar. [ Apollo gives him an informal little salute as a goodbye gesture. ] Happy travels until then!
