[ Once everyone’s settled in their particular districts, no doubt thousands of questions running between each individual mind, there’s an announcement. Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Ahem! Can you hear me? Ah, right then.

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

[Mikio just stared in shock, well, what was defined as shock for him really, after hearing the queen's announcement.

He was standing out in the open, wearing his disguise consisting of a hoodie covering his head, and baggy jeans and shoes covering his legs. All of this and he just stared out. It was...definitely a suspicious thing to behold.]

There is a hint of maliciousness in her voice. [He spoke, to no one in particular.] She is a villain. What is she planning?

[One thing Mikio failed to notice, however, is that his tail wasn't hidden in his disguise. In fact, it was easily seen by anyone, as it swished back in forth in a thoughtful manner.]

[She was going to say something, and then the tail distracted her. It was only for a moment though. She's learned not to over-think things.]

That's unclear right now, but I'm sure we'll find out soon....

[A lady! How long was she standing there? Did Mikio think outloud again?]

I'm rather nervous to wait and find out. We could be in terrible danger. Maybe the queen is really a monster in disguise, waiting to fatten us up, group us like farm animals and then devour us.

[All of this was said with a calm, blank face...]

I understand your concerns, but I don't think the queen is into cannibalism.

[Mikio turned to face the woman, with a serious expression on his face.]

Who are we to be so certain? She could be a cannibal.

Or she could be inhuman.

[There is now a May beside him. She is excited to see him again, but the queens words are more than a little distracting.]

Oh, Mikio, it's you again! I -- yeah, what was that about 'personally ending you'? You don't say that sort of thing out loud.

[Mikio's tail went from moving wistfully to a quick and happy wag as he heard that familiar voice. He turned around to face the young girl currently approaching him.]

Miss May. [He uttered, acknowledging her presence.]

Indeed. Even the other day when we met, the queen had ordered the guards to tie up my wings and throw me out the window. She's definitely not on our side, that much is obvious. But it makes me wonder, how much danger are we in?

[Yay he remembers her! But ugh--]

That's right!! If she could do something like that, then who knows!

We'll just have to be ... on our guard. And keep an eye out for any opportunity to get out or figure out what she's thinking. I guess?

[May looks up at Mikio, almost as if looking for confirmation.

[Mikio looked back down at her, and nodded as if he understood her feelings.]

The queen would have to know some complex shinto chants or bible verses to harm me. [Or a human spit-covered arrow or dagger to the eye, but no one needs to know that, shhhhh

Mikio then looked up to the sky with a thoughtful sigh.]

Don't worry, Miss May. [He squatted down to her eye level] I won't let her harm you. You also have Benito, don't you?

Oooohh... [Mikio, just what are you. She wants to ask but wont for now. For now, now that he's at her height, May will just pat his head over the hoodie. More the back of his head, though, to avoid his antennae.]

Yup. Heehee, thank you, Mikio. The same goes for you too! Me, Benito, and the rest of the team will always be there if you need us.

[Kuzuryuu was going to agree with Mikio's assesment and make some sort of comment likening her methods to Monobear but

he is distracted.]

[Mikio jumped, letting out some kind off odd shriek. It was high pitched...like an alien insect of some kind.]
