Not over the devices, but rather in speakers all over each and every district. A familiar voice should ring out—you did, after all, hear the voice of your Queen earlier today. ]

Hello loveies! You might recall this particular visage which speaks before you—that is, I am your Queen. Call me Queenie, if you must! I’ve met you all on this particular day, and I find it important to bestow some of my boundless knowledge onto you, sweethearts.

Now! Done with formalities, let’s see where we stand… ah, yes! Might I be the first to welcome you all to Mallow Hallow, our wonderful little country. Not too big, not quite too small either! It’s just lovely, isn’t it? Oh, how all my new babies will love it here! Or—perhaps not. [ She clicks her tongue. ] Either way, it doesn't really matter. You're stuck here for the time, so do try to make the most of it, dears.

Of course, there are our sectors within Mallow Hallow. Six… [ There’s silence for a short moment. ] Yes, there are six, aren’t there..? Well, six different communities you might stem off from! Surely you remember the name from our meeting earlier? If not, I’m sure one of the regular inhabitants of each particular district will assist you in naming your new home!

Live where you’d like, eat what you’d like, do what you’d like! Our homes are now your homes, so please, consider us all a big happy family to you! Remember you can reach me or any of the other rulers of any of the districts, over at our voicemails! [ Somehow, that seems sarcastic… ]

Also, don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll personally end you. [ There it is. ]

The sea, huh? [Not a place that Ragna got quality time with. He's seen what seithr can do to animals on dry land, he supposes that this... person could very well look like anything from the sea.]

Guess that makes as much sense as anything else around here. But I gotta ask, how the heck do you get around like that?

[Considering that there's a constant puddle of water underneath her, that could also have something to do with it. Nami demonstrates shortly after, using her tail to move forwards and side to side as easily as if she were doing it underwear.]

[Magic. Okay, that's believable considering how things work. Though the idea of magic by itself wasn't normal. No, someone was supposed to use Ars Armagus for that.

He's staring again.] Easy as-- How are you doing that? You a witch or something?

What do my legs have to do with anything?! I'm just confused! It's not everyday I see someone using magic to make up for not having legs!

How do you actually swim without fins or a tail? You just do, right? It's the same with me, and being able to move on dry land.

I've only just started actually being around humans and it's still weird to me.

... Yeah. I guess that makes sense. [Even though Ragna hasn't exactly spent a significant amount of time swimming to really compare.

Still weird.] If that's the case, these flying bastards all over the place are probably as weird to you as they are to me, right?

I've seen a lot since I decided to come to the surface.

Annoying sounds like an understatement to me. I haven't been able to concentrate with them around, like something's always hanging over my shoulder and watching me when I'm not looking. Pain in the ass.

[He sighs, clearly annoyed by the thought of them floating around and doing whatever it was they were doing. Missing the days where all he had to deal with were poisoned, rabid monsters and government officers is probably going to become his new favorite pastime.]

More like I was summoned [hold up] Well, brought here by that Queen and then sent over to this place. Guess she must've thought it'd be a good fit for me.

[No one said Ragna had access to a thesaurus or dictionary. :C]

Summoned--? [That's not the point. Far as Ragna could be concerned, he was summoned to this strange place by the Queen as well. Just serves to give him a focal point for his annoyances and hatred, really.] I don't think this is a good fit for any of us. Definitely not for me.

Wouldn't a good fit for you be... I don't know, a pool?

If you want to get specific, the ocean is where I should be. But I can't go back, not until I finish my quest.

Tch. [He doesn't even want to throw out a rebuttal towards that sarcasm.]

So you've got business that needs taking care of too, huh? It's crap like this that throws a wrench in people's plans, and just manages to screw everything up. Damn annoying.

Tell me about it. I wasn't about to give up before, and that hasn't still hasn't changed. But I'd at least like to be where I'm supposed to, instead of... Wherever this place is!

Heh. In that case, we're in full agreement. It's a bit of a relief to hear we've got things in common.

[Because he was pretty sure this was going to be a negative conversation, what with starting with his obviously rude staring. And all of the questions about walking.]

Maybe kicking the ass of the person behind this'll clear stuff up?

I'll leave the kicking to you and the other land-dwellers and help out wherever I can. [for obvious reasons.]

Just don't kick too hard, we still need that person to tell us how to get back.
